I had a very good experience. I found the sales staff to be very helpful and the store had a good selection. It is definitely an “old school” furniture store with 3 or 4 floors of furniture instead of one large, sprawling level. The price was very good compared to other stores in my area. They made it very clear that the price was only good for a limited time because they explained that the furniture manufacturers constantly change the prices to their retailers.
I was very happy with my experience there. I got a cherrywood Hooker entertainment center at an excellent price and they delivered it within 5 weeks. Not bad for custom-made furniture.
