The American Anthology collection at Bernhardt is a traditional grouping of pieces inspired by the American Federal designs of the early 1800s, along with touches and details from all over the world including Europe, South Africa, and Brazil. Created in pin knotty cherry veneers and available with a lightly distressed medium brown finish, these cherished pieces include such
craftsmanship as turned posts and feet, solid brass ring pulls, leather and metal accents.
Another traditional groups is Bernhardt's Market Street Collection, its inspiration being an eclectic mixture of styles from all over the European continent. A dark reddish-brown finish and black inlay lines highlight the pin knotty cherry and myrtle cluster veneers that make up the pieces of this collection. Important details include unique veneers, forged wrought iron and solid brass hardware.
Traditional and elegant English designs are the basis for the Bernhardt Stonebrier Collection. Each piece of the collection is made from pin knotty cherry veneers and solids finished in a dark Brownstone color. Details include intricate carvings, acid-etched brass and handcrafted solid brass hardware covered with a bronze finish.
