The "Close Outs" found in this section of the Lauter's Furniture website are floor samples that have been marked down to our cost in order to move them off our showroom floor so new models can be moved in.  Since they are sold at our cost, there will be a delivery charge based upon the delivery destination.  We still give you our white glove delivery and setup service and will treat your furniture with the utmost care.  Thank you for understanding.
